For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), La Militaire Academy acts as the Data Fiduciary determining the purpose and means of processing your personal data.

For candidates below the age of 18 years enrolling in foundation NDA programs, verifiable parental/guardian consent is mandatory. We do not engage in targeted behavioral advertising directed at minors or process children's data in any manner detrimental to their well-being.
