Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or enrolling in courses at La Militaire Academy. These terms constitute a legally binding electronic agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Preamble & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to La Militaire Academy("Academy", "we", "us", or "our"), an officer training institute established in 1988 with head offices in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By accessing our website (lamilitaire.com), student ERP portal (erp.lamilitaire.com), mobile applications, or enrolling in any offline/online course (NDA, CDS, AFCAT, SSB Interview training), you ("Student", "Cadet", or "User") agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Minor Student Enrolment

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into these terms. For minor candidates (15 to 17.5 years of age) preparing for NDA examinations, the parent/guardian shall be deemed to be the contracting party and guarantees compliance with all academic rules.

3. Course Delivery, Live Sessions & Validity

  • Delivery Channels: Training is delivered via scheduled live video sessions (conducted over Google Meet), high-definition recorded archives, offline campus training, and digital PDF study compendiums.
  • Batch Timelines: Access to batch lectures, test evaluations, and mentor doubt-clearing sessions is granted for the specific enrollment tenure of the batch.
  • Schedule Modifications: The Academy reserves the right to modify lecture timings, faculty allocations, or batch dates to accommodate UPSC defense examination schedules or national holidays.

4. Proprietary Rights & Anti-Piracy Notice

STRICT COPYRIGHT WARNING UNDER COPYRIGHT ACT, 1957:All training videos, SSB psychological test sets (TAT, WAT, SRT), OIR question banks, lecture notes, and digital ebooks provided by La Militaire Academy are exclusive intellectual property protected under Indian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a single-user, non-transferable, revocable personal license to view the materials solely for your own preparation. You strictly agree NOT to:

  • Record, screen-capture, download via unauthorized tools, or rip video streams from Cloudflare R2 servers.
  • Distribute, sell, upload to Telegram/YouTube/WhatsApp channels, or circulate academy proprietary mock tests.
  • Share user accounts or login credentials with any third party.

Any violation will result in immediate termination of portal access without refund and may initiate civil and criminal prosecution under Sections 63 & 65 of the Copyright Act, 1957 and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Gateway Terms

  • Currency & GST: All course fees and product charges are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST 18%) as indicated at checkout.
  • Payment Aggregator: Payments are processed through Razorpay, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator. By initiating payment, you agree to comply with Razorpay's terms of service and security standards.
  • Instalment Plans: Where fee instalments are permitted, failure to pay subsequent tranches on or before due dates may result in temporary suspension of portal access until cleared.

6. Examination Results & Academy Disclaimer

La Militaire Academy is a private defense coaching institute founded by Ex-Armed Forces Officers. While our pedagogical methodologies, SSB ground obstacles, and psychological interview mentoring are designed to impart the highest caliber of preparation:

  • Enrollment does not guarantee recommendation in SSB or final selection into the National Defence Academy (NDA), Indian Military Academy (IMA), Air Force Academy (AFA), or Officers Training Academy (OTA).
  • Final selection is solely determined by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Services Selection Boards (SSBs), and official Armed Forces Medical Examination Boards based on individual merit and medical fitness.

7. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or services provided by the Academy, the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
