The Ex-Service Officers aged between 18 to 42 years while applying are eligible. Candidates need to be a graduate and must be in a good health. However, candidates who have served the Regular Army/ Navy/ Air Force/ Police/ GREF/ Para Military and other forces are not permitted to apply.

  • Soldier General Duty= Candidate must have passed class 10th and you must have up to 45 percent marks. And every subject must have more than 33 marks.

The rank pay, entitlement to medals and honours, allowances, and several service benefits to the Territorial Army are provided as applicable in the case of the Regular Army. The commission comes with the rank of Lieutenant. Regular army officers get the equivalent pay, allowances, and perks.
If they satisfy the conditions, applicants can be upgraded to Lt Col. Officers appointed in Infantry Territorial Army may be summoned to serve in the military for a prolonged duration of time according to the requirements. The applicants are not eligible for the pension.
